Day 5Above is a photo of a restaurant in Vieux Montreal, called Garde Manger. The owner, Chuck Hughes is a famous chef and star of the Food Network. His show is called Chuck's Day Off for those who don't know who he is. I was very fortunate to eat at his resto. IT was an interesting experience...The atmosphere that is portrayed when you walk in is a bar/pub, then you look around and it becomes a fine dining experience.
I am so jealous that you were able to eat here. On the other hand...I am very happy for you. I just wish I could of been there with you to enjoy a nice dinner at Chuck's restaurant!
